1. Definitions

“Seller” – Grizzly’s Craft.

“Buyer” – the individual placing the order.

“Goods” – reclaimed-wood products shown for sale.

2. Order process

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms once we email “Dispatch Confirmation”. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. pricing error).

3. Products & representation

Goods are handmade from reclaimed timber; colour, grain and dimensions may vary within reasonable tolerances. Photos are illustrative only.

4. Prices & payment

Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout via secure gateway (Stripe/PayPal). We do not store card details.

5. Delivery

UK mainland standard: 3–5 working days.

Large sculptures: by arrangement. Buyer must ensure delivery location access.
Risk passes on delivery; title passes once we receive full payment.

6. Cancellation & returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in original condition; you bear return postage unless the Goods are faulty. Personalised or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

7. Faulty goods & warranty

Goods are warranted free from material defects for 12 months. Natural cracking or weathering is not a defect. Remedies: repair, replacement or refund at our option.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the Goods, except for liability that cannot be excluded (death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, etc.).

9. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. flood, strike, pandemic, war).

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

Contracts are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
